Round Trip Air Fare (TBA)	We will inshAllah begin our travel on the 11th or 12th of November and return on the 1st or 2nd of December, however with HAJJ always expect the unexpected, therefore please be prepared and give yourself a few days leeway.
Stay in MAKKAH • Hotel: Makkah Hilton Towers • November 13 - 18, 2009 • Thul Qedah 25 - Thul Hijja 1, 1430H • Meals Optional	Makkah Hilton Towers is the located directly infrount of the haram.
Stay in MADINAH • Hotel: Al-Jowharah Grand • November 18 - 22, 2009 • Thul Hijja 1 - Thul Hijja 5, 1430H • Meals Optional	Madinah is a great place for an eman boost in preparation for HAJJ.
Stay in Makkah Concord Hotel (Azeezia) • November 22 - December 1, 2009 • Thul Hijja 5 - Thul Hijja 14, 1430H • Open Buffet Breakfast and Dinner	During this time we will go to the Haram & preform Umrah...Why Concord?...It is a very nice hotel in Azeezia & is walking distance to Jamarat. It will be avalible at at times during Hajj rituals for you to go relax, shower, etc.
Stay in MINA (During HAJJ) • In American Tents* • November 25 - 30, 2009 • Thul Hijja 08 - 13, 1430H • 3 Meals Included	This is when the HAJJ rituals begin. You need to be mentally prepared as Hajj is mostly about the strength of your patience in overcoming all that you encounter and patience in performing your religious duties. *The American tents are about 35-45 minutes walk to Jamarat. The benefits are that they are in a cleaner and less crowded area and only a 20min bus ride to Arafat....Also Note we will have access to Makkah Concord which is only 15min walk from Jamarat
Stay in Arafat • In American Camp • November 26, 2009 • Thul Hijja 09, 1428H • Meals Included	The day you will inshAllah be Forgiven. The day of Arafat. We'll inshAllah arrive in the morning and your job this day is to do as much worship and duaa as possible. Forget the world and all its stresses and focus on your mission.

Preform Hajj with a Small Group (1 or 2 buses)	Our priority is YOU. That is why we will be a small group of 1 or 2 buses. This will give you more one-on-one attention, you will build greater friendships with other Hujjah, & will make your overall accommodations and stay easier and more comfortable.

The required $274.40 Saudi Moutawaf Agent fee.	You will need to submit to us a cashier check for $274.40 payable to "Unified Agents Office" in Jeddah for pilgrimage services. Without this check the Saudi embassy will reject your hajj visa and if you lose it during travel you are not permitted into Saudi Arabia without paying the fee.
The required Thabiha/Udheya fee $125.
Airline add-on from most cities (~$200-$500).	Price is subject to change due to increase in fuel surcharge & airline tax. Likewise will depend on you departure city.
