Here is what I have to say about the services from Assabeel: My Hajj experience was the best one I had in my life.  Next to the peaceful time I had at the Haram and in Madinah, the services provided by Assabeel staff contributed greatly to my experience. I also got to stay at a hotel that is within very short walking distance to the Haram in Mecca and Medinah. It is with great pleasure that we write the next few lines about our Hajj experience. First and foremost praise to Allah who gave us the strength and the ability to perform one of the five pillars of our religion.  We thank Brother Mohammed Hachemi for facilitating the whole experience. From the time I spoke to Br. Hachemi about our intention to go to Hajj and until we came back, he was always helpful, caring and patient. Before the trip Br. Hachemi made sure we had all the necessary information and followed up promptly on our requests. Our hajj documents were prepared in time and the contact information during Hajj was provided. During Hajj, Br. Hachemi's qualities really came to light when he showed great patience and character dealing with the many requests of hajjis and working with the organizers. He helped everybody and listened carefully to complaints and tried to address them in a timely way. He was tireless and did not rest until the issues were resolved. In Medina and during the Hajj time, Br. Hachemi was careful to remind and explain to all of us how to perform the religious rituals. He was our guide in Umra, at Arafah and in Jamaraat. He shared with us his good knowledge and experience, which helped the Hajjis perform the Hajj in the best way possible, may Allah accept from us all. On our return, Br. Hachemi checked on us and asked about how we are doing, as many of the Hajjis get sick during this event. In summary, Hajj was a magnificent experience for us and we pray to Allah that all Muslims get the opportunity to perform it. We also thank Br. Hachemi for his help and if we were to go for Hajj again next year, we certainly will go with him for all the care and service we received. We highly recommend Br. AlSalaamu Alaikum, Sheikh, I appologise for the delay, but writing does not come easy for me. But here it is, Alhamdu le Allah, Allah blessed me by allowing me to go to hajj this past year of 1425. I went with my parents and my wife with a wonderfully organized group that included several guides. One of those guides was Sheikh Muhammad AlHachemi who became to many of us more than a guide. Mashaa Allah, his knowledge, experience and aptitude provided many of us the ability to enjoy the trip and with the mercy of Allah complete our hajj manasek; may Allah accept from all of us. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns about general and specific hajj questions. With respect, humility and tolerance he would listen to the question, concern, complaint, or suggestion and formulate the most appropriate answer for the person and the situation.
